优质护理在预防全膀胱切除术回肠代膀胱术后并发症中的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the quality of nursing in preventing postoperative complications,the application of total cystectomy ileal generation bladder,bladder postoperative complications for total cystectomy ileal provide theoretical basis for the prevention and con-trol. Method 20 cases of bladder surgery patients were selected as the research object,after surgery 20 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,10 cases in each group,control group were treated by routine nursing care,observation group were trea-ted by high quality nursing,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The incidence of complications was 30. 0% in control group of 10 patients;Observation group 10 patients the incidence of complications was 10. 0% ,the observation group of patients with complications significantly to lower than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The control group patients nursing overall satisfaction rate was 70. 0% ;Observation group of patients with nursing total satisfaction rate 100. 0% ,observation group patient's nursing total satisfaction rate than the control group obviously improved(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce total cystectomy ileal generation of postoperative complications in patients with bladder,improve nursing satisfaction,is worth to recommend.%目的：探讨优质护理在预防全膀胱切除术回肠代膀胱术后并发症中的应用效果，为全膀胱切除术回肠代膀胱术后并发症的防治提供理论依据。方法：选取进行全膀胱切除术回肠代膀胱术的20例患者作为研究对象，在术后将20例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各10例，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用优质护理，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组10例患者的并发症发生率为30.0％；观察组10例患者的并发症发生率为10.0％，观察组患者的并发症发生率较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。对照组患者的护理总满意率为70.0％；观察组患者的护理总满意率100.0％，观察组患者的护理总满意率较对照组明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：优质护理能降低全膀胱切除术回肠代膀胱术后患者的并发症发生率，提高护理满意率，值得推荐。
