康复训练结合健康教育对老年中风后遗症患者生活质量的影响

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of rehabilitation training combined with health education on quality of life of elderly patients with apoplexy sequelae. Method Seventy - eight elderly patients with apoplexy sequelae were randomly assigned to 2 groups. 39 in each. Patients in the control group were treated with accepted routine treatment. Those in the experiment group were treated with health educa-tion,and rehabilitation. The therapeutic course for all was 3 months. All patients were assessed using Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS - QOL) before treatment and 3 months treatment. Results There was no statistical difference between the experiment group and the control group(P >0. 05)before treatment. After treatment the scores of SS - QOL increased in the 2 groups. showing significant difference(P < 0. 05). After treatment,between the experiment group and the control group group,showing significant difference(P <0. 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with health education could improve the QOL of elderly patients with apoplexy sequelae.%目的:观察康复训练结合健康教育对老年中风后遗症患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取老年中风后遗症住院患者78例,随机分成干预组和对照组各39例,两组患者均接受内科常规治疗,干预组在此基础上在我院康复指导中心进行个体化运动锻炼指导和健康教育相结合的综合康复治疗。两组患者均于治疗前和治疗3个月后采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS - QOL)进行评估。结果:两组治疗前 SS - QOL 积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);两组治疗前后 SS - QOL 积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组间 SS - QOL 积分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:康复训练结合健康教育可显著改善老年中风后遗症患者的生活质量。
