Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of ulinastatin combined with the yinqiao powder for the severe acute pan-creatitis. Method A total of 90 cases of acute severe pancreatitis patients( SAP)treated were randomly assigned to a control group or treat-ment group. The patients in the control group(45 cases)received standard treatment(such as fasting,anti-infection,inhibiting the pancreatic secretion,maintaining the balance of water and electrolyte)and ulinastatin treatment. Those in the treatment group(45 cases)received addi-tional yinqiao powder based on the above treatment. Observing and recording each index of two groups of patients before and after treatment were to evaluate the different curative effect between two groups of patients,including clinical curative effect,relife time of abdominal pain and distension,fever,ventilation time and indexes of blood amylase,urine amylase,leukocyte and death rate and so on. Results In the treatment group,patients′clinical total effective rate,relife time of clinical symptoms and other indexs were significantly better than that of control group ( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The clinical research result shows that on the basis of conventional treatment for severe acute pancreatitis patients, treating with ulinastatin and yinqiao poeder helps to improve the signs and clinical symptoms and the clinical total effective rate. Thus,this method of treatment has higher clinical value.%目的：探讨乌司他丁联合银翘散治疗重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将收治的90例急性重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各45例。两组研究对象均接受禁食、抗感染、抑制胰液分泌、维持水电解质平衡等常规治疗，对照组患者在此基础上接受乌司他丁治疗，试验组给予乌司他丁、银翘散联合治疗。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的各项指标来评价两组之间的疗效差异，具体包括临床疗效、腹痛腹胀缓解时间、发热通气缓解时间及血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、白细胞、死亡率等指标。结果：试验组患者临床治疗总有效率和临床症状改善时间等指标均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：由本次临床研究结果可知，重症胰腺炎患者在常规治疗的基础上，接受乌司他丁和银翘散联合治疗，有助于临床不良症状和体征的改善，提高临床治疗的总有效率，因而具有较高的临床应用价值。
