目的：探讨疏血通联合氯吡格雷治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床效果及安全性。方法：将非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予疏血通联合氯吡格雷治疗，评估临床效果及安全性。结果：观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。1个月内观察组患者MACE发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者LVEF、ST压低及缺血导联数明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：疏血通联合氯吡格雷治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的疗效显著，值得应用。%objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Shuxuetong combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of non ST seg-ment elevation myocardial infarction. Method 60 patients with non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were divided into observation group and control group randomly,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given the treatment of Shuxuetong combined with clopidogrel,and the clinical effect and safety was evaluated. Results The total effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The rate of MACE in the observe group was lower than that in the control group in one month (P<0. 05). The LVEF,ST depression and ischemia leads in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0. 05) . Conclusion The clinical effect and safety of Shuxuetong combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction is obvious,so it is worth being used.
