objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pulmicort Respules in treatment of advanced neonatal infectious pneumoni-a. Method Retrospective analysis of 80 cases of students of more than 7 days after the clinical data of neonatal infectious pneumonia,accord-ing to different therapeutic methods,patients were divided into saline atomization Pulmicort Respules in control group,the treatment group,cur-ative effect comparison of difference between the two groups of children with symptoms,signs and duration and hospitalization time differ-ence. Results After 7 days of therapy,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the children with signs and duration of the hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group,with significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion Pulmicort aerosol in the treatment of advanced neonatal infection pneumonia has a significant effect,and can promote the rehabilitation of children,which is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗晚期新生儿感染性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析80例生后＞7天新生儿感染性肺炎患儿的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同，将患儿分为生理盐水雾化对照组与普米克令舒雾化治疗组，比较分析两组患儿的疗效差异及症状、体征持续时间及住院时间差异。结果：治疗7d后，治疗组患儿的临床疗效明显高于对照组，且患儿体征持续时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：普米克令舒雾化治疗晚期新生儿感染性肺炎具有显著疗效，且可更快地促进患儿康复，值得临床推广应用。
