objective To observe the diabetes community to strengthen the management and treatment. Method 78 cases of patients with diabetes were selected for the study,which were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The control group were trea-ted with conventional drug therapy,the experimental group were given diet control,exercise guidance,health education and psychological coun-seling and other measures to strengthen management on the basis of medical treatment. Follow-glycemic index changes were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group'glycemic index had a significant improvement,a lower postprandial glucose increase, there was statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion For the Community diabetic patients,strengthen the management and conduct of sys-temic therapy help control blood sugar fluctuations as well as disease progression and improve patient self-monitoring and management aware-ness,thus actively cooperate with the doctors,change unhealthy habits past,with positive clinical significance.%目的：观察社区糖尿病患者强化管理和治疗效果。方法：选取78例糖尿病患者，随机分为两组，每组39例。对照组接受常规药物治疗，试验组在药物治疗基础上实施饮食控制、运动指导、健康宣教及心理疏导等强化管理措施，随访观察两组血糖指数变化情况。结果：与对照组相比，试验组患者血糖指标有显著改善，餐后血糖量增幅更低，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：对于社区糖尿病患者而言，强化管理及系统性治疗的开展有利于控制血糖波动以及病情进展，提高患者自我监督与管理意识，从而与医师积极配合，改变既往不健康生活习惯，具有积极的临床意义。
