Objective To analyze the application effect of pulmonary function tests in diagnosis of the pediatric asthma. Method 80 cases of pediatric asthma were randomly divided into routine group and improvement group,with 40 cases in each group. Routine group was diag-nosed and given drug therapy. Improvement group was given diagnosis and treatment according to the pulmonary function tests. The cases of the two groups were analyzed. Results The diagnostic ratio and classification,hospitalization time and treatment satisfaction of improvement group were significantly higher than routine group,the difference was statistically significant( P﹤0. 05). No adverse effect occurs in both of the two groups. Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment of pediatric asthma according to pulmonary function tests significantly improves the diagnostic ra-tio and classification,contribute to high treatment ratio.%目的：对肺功能检测在小儿哮喘诊断治疗中的应用进行分析。方法：选取进行治疗的小儿哮喘80例，随机分为两组。常规组40例，常规进行诊断和药物治疗；改良组患者40例，在肺功能检测的基础上进行诊断和治疗，对两组患者的情况进行分析。结果：改良组患者的诊断比例和诊断分型、住院治疗时间和治疗满意度均明显优于常规组患者，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。两组患儿均没有病例因治疗措施不当造成严重不良后果。结论：对于小儿哮喘在肺功能检测下进行诊断和治疗，可有明显提高临床诊断和分型，增加准确治疗比例。
