目的：探讨健康教育对2型糖尿病视网膜病变相关因素的影响。方法：对内分泌科及眼科住院的127例2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施健康教育，于健康教育前及6次健康教育后对127例患者的糖尿病视网膜病变相关因素进行评价分析。结果：接受健康教育后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压水平均低于教育前，24 h尿白蛋白排泄率异常、吸烟、饮酒的人数减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），体重指数及糖尿病视网膜病变进展比较，差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。结论：健康教育能有效控制糖尿病视网膜病变患者的血糖、血压、血脂等危险因素，提高治疗依从性，延缓糖尿病视网膜病变的发展，提高患者生存质量。因此，笔者应重视对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的健康教育。%Objective To Investigate the effects of health education in related factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Method Medical workers were employed to educate 127 patients suffering from type 2 diabetic retinopathy on related factors in the department of endocrinology and ophthalmology. After six times education,the related factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy was analyed. Results After one year of educa-tion,the values of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipid,blood pressure were decreased;the number of people with high urinaryalbuminexcretionrates,smoking cessation and alcohol abstinence decreased(P<0. 05). However,no sta-tistically significant difference could be witnessed in body mass index and the progression of type 2 diabetic retinopathy( P ﹥0. 05 ) . Conclusion Health education can help control the risk factors like fasting blood glucose、2 hours blood glucose、triglyceride and urinaryalbu-minexcretionrates,improves patients'compliance and self-management ability,delay the progression of 2 diabetic retinopathy and enhance patients'quality of life. As a result,attention should be attached to health education in the patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy.
