目的：观察颌下腺口内联合颌下小切口入路摘除治疗颌下腺非肿瘤病变的临床效果。方法：随机选择进行颌下腺摘除术的患者60例，使用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者行常规颌下腺切除手术，入路为经颈部入路的弧形切口。观察组患者行口内联合颌下小切口入路。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、以及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者手术时间略长于对照组，术中出血量无明显差异，但观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论：患者行口内联合颌下小切口入路摘除非肿瘤病变的颌下腺具有重要的临床价值，该术式切口隐蔽，美容效果良好，并发症少，但是术式比较复杂，对医生要求较高。%Objective Observation of intraoral submandibular submandibular gland combined with small incision extirpation of submandibular gland treatment clinical effect of non neoplastic lesions.Method 60 cases of patients with submandibular gland were randomly selected,The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine surgical excision of submaxillary gland,The approach was a curved incision through the neck.The observation group were treated with small incision in the mouth.The operation time,blood loss and complications were observed in the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was slightly longer than that of the control group,There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding during the operation,But the incidence of postoperative com-plications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Patients with intraoral sub-mandibular combined with small incision extirpation of non neoplastic lesions of the submandibular gland has important clinical value,The surgical incision concealment,good cosmetic results,fewer complications,But the operation is more complicated and requires a higher demand for doctors.
