Wingspan支架治疗症状性大脑中动脉狭窄的有效性与安全性

摘要

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Wingspan stent in the treatment of symptomatic cerebral artery steno-sis.Method 60 cases with symptomatic middle cerebral artery stenosis were selected as the research object and were given the Wins-pan stents treatment.The cerebral artery stenosis rate and postoperative Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL)before and after treatment were compared.Results Stent therapy for all patients had no accident,the operation success rate was 100.00%,TIA after operation the mortality was 0.00%.2 weeks after operation the average ADL scores (50 ±12),significantly higher than that of preoperative (35 ±13) the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Wingspan stent in the treatment of symptomatic cerebral artery ste-nosis can effectively decrease the rate of arterial stenosis and less postoperative complications with good security.%目的：探究 Wingspan 支架治疗症状性大脑中动脉狭窄的有效性与安全性。方法：从进行治疗的症状性大脑中动脉狭窄的患者中随机抽取60例，均进行 Winspan 支架治疗，比较患者治疗前后大脑中动脉的狭窄率以及术后日常生活量表评分（ADL 评分）情况。结果：进行支架治疗的所有患者均无意外发生，手术成功率为100.00％；术后发生短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA），死亡率为0.00％。术后两周患者的平均 ADL 评分为（50±12）分，明显高于术前的（35±13）分，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：Wingspan 支架治疗症状性大脑中动脉狭窄可以有效地降低动脉的狭窄率，并且术后的并发症较少，具有良好的安全性。
