Objective To investigate Association of Adiponectin Gene Single Nucleotide Polymorphism with Gestational Dia-betes Mellitus.Method 150 cases of normal pregnant women in the people′s hospital of Shenzhen were selected,and 150 cases of gestational diabetes were selected.PCR -RFLP method was used to determine the distributions of allele and genotype frequencies of SNP +45T/G polymorphism and +276G/T.Results ①SNP +45T/G:genotype frequency distribution,GDM group com-pared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);G allele frequency in GDMgroup was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).②SNP +276G/T:genotype frequency distribution,GDM group compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).G and t allele frequency in GDM group was higher than the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the occurrence of +45T/G and GDMin adiponectin single nucleotide polymorphism;The occurrence of sin-gle nucleotide polymorphism +276G/T is not significantly correlated with the occurrence of GDM.%目的:探讨脂联素基因单核苷酸多态性与妊娠期糖尿病发病的相关性。方法:选取深圳市人民医院正常孕妇静脉血标本150例,妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇静脉血共150例,采用 PCR -RFLP(聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性)技术,测定 AMP1基因 SPNs 位点:+45T/G 和+276G/T 等位基因和基因型的分布频率。结果:①单核苷酸多态性+45T/G:GDM组与对照组比较,基因型频率分布差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);而 G 等位基因频率,GDM组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。②单核苷酸多态性+276G/T:基因型频率分布比较,GDM组与对照组无统计学差异(P >0.05);T 和 G 等位基因频率,GDM组高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:脂联素单核苷酸多态+45T/G 与 GDM的发生存在一定联系;单核苷酸多态性+276G/T 与 GDM的发生无明显关联。
