安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of An Er Ning granule in the treatment of infantile cough and analyze the clinical significance. Method 266 cases with infantile cough were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 133 cases. The control group was given the conventional treatment of infantile cough;the observation group was given the An Er Ning granule treatment. The treatment condition of the two groups was compared and the record of the results was given the statistical processing and analysis. Results After the treatment,the total ef-ficient of the observation group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The effect of An Er Ning granule treatment for infantile cough is remarkable,compared with conventional treat-ment,it can effectively reduce fever,cough,and hospitalization days,help patients recover faster,and reduce the economic out-put,which should cause the attention of the general medical health workers.%目的：探究安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽的作用效果，并分析其临床意义。方法：回顾性选取小儿咳嗽患者共266例，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各为133例。对照组采用常规小儿咳嗽的治疗方法，观察组采用安儿宁颗粒对患者进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗情况，记录结果并进行统计学的处理与分析。结果：经治疗，观察组患者的总体有效率明显要大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽效果显著，较传统使用的小儿感冒颗粒，这种治疗方法可以有效减少患者退热、止咳以及住院天数，帮助患者较快恢复健康，减少经济输出，应当引起广大医学卫生工作者的关注。
