预防永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后便秘患者的护理研究

摘要

Objective To discussion on prevention of postoperative constipation in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation in nursing. Method 30 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation were randomly divided into the ob-servation group and the control group,15 cases in each group. The observation group was given preoperative intervention for three days,did a bowel preparation. The control group received routine normal care. The incidence rate of constipation after permanent pacemaker implantation was compared between the two groups after. Results The incidence rate of constipation after permanent pacemaker implantation in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Application of preoperative intervention for three days,do a bowel preparation can reduce the incidence of constipa-tion,increase patient comfort,and promote recovery.%目的：探讨预防永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后便秘患者的护理方法。方法：选择30例永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各15例。观察组采用术前3天干预，做好肠道准备。对照组按常规正常护理，比较两组在永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后发生便秘的几率。结果：观察组永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后便秘的发生率明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：应用术前3天干预，做好肠道准备，可降低便秘的发生率，提高患者的舒适度，促进康复。
