护理干预联合药物治疗痤疮94例的疗效观察

Objective Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with drug in the treatment of acne. Method 94 cases of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group 47 cases and control group 47 cases. There was no signifi-cant difference in age,sex,course of disease and skin eruption between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Acetylspiramycin routinely given orally,Topical clindamycin metronidazole liniment,adapalene gel,in conjunction with nursing intervention,the treatment group and the control group were treated for 7 days,14 days and 21 days respectively. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 89. 37% and 72. 34% ,respectively,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with drug in treatment of acne has good curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：分析综合护理、药物治疗痤疮的疗效。方法：将94例痤疮患者根据随机原则分为治疗组47例、对照组47例，两组年龄、性别、病程、皮疹差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。常规给予乙酰螺旋霉素口服，外用克林甲硝唑搽剂、阿达帕林凝胶，同时配合护理干预治疗。观察治疗组与对照组治疗为7 d、14 d、21 d 时疗效。结果：治疗组、对照组的治愈率分别为89.37％和72.34％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：护理干预联合药物治疗痤疮疗效较好，值得临床推广。
