目的：探讨鼻内镜鼻窦开放术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：选取63例真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料，根据手术治疗方法不同，将患者分为对照组（采用常规鼻窦开放术治疗）和观察组（采用鼻内镜鼻窦开放术治疗），比较分析两组患者的临床疗效差异。结果：通过分析比较两组患者的临床数据，观察组32例患者，经鼻内镜鼻窦开放术治疗，总有效率为93.75％，明显高于对照组的74.19％，经比较，差异具有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：鼻内镜鼻窦开放术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效确切，可在临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of fungal sinusi-tis. Method The clinical data of 63 patients with fungal sinusitis were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group ( treated by open sinus surgery)and observation group( treated by endoscopic sinus surgery). The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical data of two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. The total effective rate was 93. 75% in the observation group and 74. 19% in the control group,The total effective rate of the observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of fungal sinusitis is exact,which can be used in clinical practice.
