目的：探讨糖皮质激素治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的临床效果。方法：选取收治的80例口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者的临床资料，患者分为对照组（n ＝40）和观察组（n ＝40），1个疗程结束后，比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果：观察组患者，经糖皮质激素地塞米松磷酸钠注射液治疗，总有效率为92.5％，对照组总有效率为65.0％，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的 TNF －ɑ、IL －6、IL －8水平，与治疗前比较，明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗后的 TNF －ɑ、IL －6、IL －8水平，与对照组治疗后比较，明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：糖皮质激素地塞米松磷酸钠注射液治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的临床效果确切，值得推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the glucocorticoid treatment with oral lichen planus.Method The clinical data of 80 patients with oral lichen planus was selected,patients were divided into control group (n =40)and observation group(n =40),one end of the course,two groups of patients with curative effects were compared.Results The observation group of patients,the glucocorticoid dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5%,compared with 65.0% in the control group,increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Two groups of pa-tients after treatment of TNF -ɑ,IL -6,IL -8 levels,compared with before treatment,significantly reduced,statistically signifi-cant difference (P <0.05).Observation group after treatment of TNF - ɑ,IL -6,IL -8 levels,compared with the control group after treatment,significantly reduced,statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid dexametha-sone sodium phosphate injection treatment of the clinical effect of oral lichen planus,is worthy of popularization and application.
