腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱患者手术治疗的临床分析

摘要

目的：观察腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱患者手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱的患者50例，使用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组，各25例，对照组患者行保守治疗，观察组患者行手术治疗。观察3个月后两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者优15例，占60.00％，优良率为92.00％；对照组患者优6例，占24.00％，优良率为64.00％。观察组的优良率明显高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：对于中度腰椎间盘突出合并脊椎滑脱患者，手术治疗能够更好的减轻患者的临床症状，改善患者预后。%Objective To observe clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with spondylolisthesis.Method 50 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation combined with spondylolisthesis were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number method,each of 25 cases,patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment,and the observation group were treated with surgery.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after 3 months was observed.Results In the observation group,1 5 cases were excellent,accounting for 60.00%,the excellent and good rate was 92.00%;In control group,6 cases were excellent,accounting for 24.00%,the excellent and good rate was 64.00%.The good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate lumbar disc herniation combined with spondylolisthesis,surgical treatment can better reduce the patient′s clinical symptoms,improve the prognosis of patients.
