伊曲康唑联合肤疾洗剂治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the oral itraconazole and topical skin disease lotion combined treatment the curative effect of mara color bacteria folliculitis.Method 1 00 patients with marla color bacteria folliculitis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group and observation group to itraconazole taking 200 mg of postpran-dial,1 times a day,1 week in a row,with skin disease lotion wet apply at the same time,2 times a day,with 4 weeks in a row.Control group to itraconazole 200 mg taken after a meal,1 times a day,one week in a row.Observation of two groups of cura-tive effect after 1 to 4 weeks.Results The observation group and control group after treatment 1 week of total effective rate was 46% and 46% respectively,total effective rate was 94% and 72% for 4 weeks respectively.The curative effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group.The compare of curative effect of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral itraconazole and topical skin disease treatment lotion mara color bacteria folliculitis has good curative effect.%目的：观察口服伊曲康唑与外用肤疾洗剂联合治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效。方法：选取马拉色菌毛囊炎患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组给伊曲康唑200 mg 餐后服用，1次／d，连续1周，同时用肤疾洗剂湿敷，2次／d，连续用4周。对照组给伊曲康唑200 mg 餐后服用，1次／d，连续1周。观察两组1周与4周后疗效。结果：观察组与对照组治疗后1周的总有效率分别是46％和28％，4周的总有效率分别是94％和72％。观察组疗效明显高于对照组。两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：口服伊曲康唑与外用肤疾洗剂治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效好。
