保胎饮配合心理疏导治疗习惯性流产临床观察

摘要

目的:探讨自拟保胎饮配合心理疏导治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效.方法:选取我院2007年5月-2012年1月收治的习惯性流产患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例.对照组采用自拟保胎饮治疗(黄芪、当归、川芎、菟丝子等,日1剂,早晚分服.上次流产月份前1个月口服隔日1剂,流产月份日1剂,以后根据情况逐渐减量),治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加以心理疏导.结果:治疗组总有效率91.1％,显著高于对照组68.9％,2组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；治疗组治疗后SCL-90及家庭关怀度评定值显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:保胎饮配合心理疏导可改善习惯性流产患者的身体及心理健康状况.另外,家庭以及社会的关爱,正确的生育观,是提高治疗效果的必要手段.%Objective To improve the cure rate of habitual abortion. Methods 90 habitual abortion patients who were in our hospital from May,2007 to January,2012 were selected to be divided randomly into treatment group and control group,45 in each group. Patients in control group were treated by Baotai Decoction and patients in treatment group were treated by Baotai Decoction and psychological counseling. Results Self- made Baotai Decoction can mainly condition, stimulate the function of the organ itself,achieve Qi,nourish blood, tonify kidney.Through psychological counseling, we can relieve the loss, fear, despair, guilt and other negative emotions of the habitual abortion patients and strengthen their positive emotions such as confidence, patience and perseverance. Conclusion Importance should be attached to psychological change of habitual abortion patients. With the treatment of Baotai Decoction, correct guidance and good care of the family and community, we can get rid of the psychological pressure of habitual abortion patients, establish a correct view of fertility and improve the treatment effect.
