Objective To perform the trait identification,microscopy authentication and physiochemical determination. Methods Using histological and morphological methods,systemically studied traits of the original plant morphology, pharmacognosy,various tissues and microscopic characters of powder from Pachysandra terminalis. And alkaloids were physiochemically determined in powder. Results There were cubic crystal of calcium oxalate in rhizome,stems,and leaves of Pachysandra terminalis Sieb et Zucc;Anomocytic type stomas and non-glandular hair were visible in powder. The herbal powder could produce precipitation with three types of alkaloids. Conclusion Above traits,microscopic char-acteristics and physicochemical results can be used as the basis for Pachysandra terminalis Sieb. et Zucc. identification.%目的:对转筋草进行性状、显微及理化鉴别。方法采用组织学、形态学鉴别方法,研究原植物形态、生药特征、各部分组织及粉末显微特征,并且进行粉末的生物碱化学鉴别。结果转筋草根茎、茎及叶的薄壁细胞均含草酸钙方晶;粉末中可见不定式气孔及非腺毛。粉末与3种生物碱沉淀试剂分别生成沉淀。结论以上性状特征、显微特征及理化结果可以作为转筋草生药鉴别的依据。
