脑卒中后手功能障碍针刺治疗研究

摘要

Objective To summarize the progress of acupuncture treatment for hand dysfunction after stroke .Methods Ac-cessing related literature ,analysising the related mechanism ,the literature of recent years was summarized ,summed up the relevant acupuncture technology experience ,characteristic ,treatment mechanism ,overview the effective theory .Results Each genre use different points with different methods ,everyone has its own characteristics ,acupuncture treatment has excel-lent efficacy for hand dysfunction after stroke .Conclusion The traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment of hand dysfunc-tion after stroke has unique advantages and some disadvantages ,but we can improve to achieve better clinical curative effect .%目的：总结针刺治疗脑卒中后手功能障碍的治疗进展。方法查阅文献，分析相关机理，将近几年的文献进行整理，归纳相关针刺技术经验、特色、治疗机理，将行之有效的主要理论形成综述。结果各家取穴、刺法不同，各有特色，针刺治疗脑卒中后手功能障碍有较好的临床疗效。结论中医针刺治疗脑卒中后手功能障碍有独特优势，但尚有不足，可进一步提高以取得更好疗效。
