复方石韦片治疗湿热下注型尿路感染

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of compound pyrrosia leaf tablet treatment for hot and humid betting type of urinary tract infection .Methods Select of 70 patients with urinary tract infection admitted in our hospital outpatient service ,uses the random number table were randomly divided into two groups ,control group 35 cases among them , to give pure western medicine treatment ,antibacterial drugs of ciprofloxacin magnitude regular treatment ,oral 0 .25-0 .5 g , ciprofloxacin ,twice oral ,7 d for a period of treatment ,two courses of treatment .Experimental group 35 cases ,on the basis of conventional treatment combined with compound pyrrosia leaf tablet ,7 d for a period of treatment ,and two courses of treat-ment .After treatment ,comparing before and after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy ,detection of the number of white blood cells in urine and urine bacterial content .Results In the two groups after treatment in patients with clinical symp-toms of all have improved significantly ,and the experimental group total effective rate was 94 .37% ,and the control group to-tal effective rate of 82 .54% ,the experimental group than control group in clinical effect is apparent ,the difference was sta-tistically significant ( P<0 .05 );After treatment in patients with urinary leukocyte ,urine bacterial count measures such as improved ,and the experimental group than the control group improved significantly ,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion Compound pyrrosia leaf tablet has clear heat ,dry wet through drench the effect of diuresis ,have stronger antibacterial ,diuretic effect ,can significantly reduce the urine WBC ,urine bacterial count ,in order to improve the clinical symptoms .Eliminate pathogenic ,fundamentally treatment for urinary tract infections .%目的：探究复方石韦片治疗湿热下注型尿路感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊收治的尿路感染患者70例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，对照组35例，给予单纯西药治疗，抗菌类药物环丙沙星等常规治疗，环丙沙星0.25～0.5g，2次／d，7d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程；实验组35例，在常规治疗的基础上加用复方石韦片，7d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后，对比治疗前后患者临床疗效，并检测尿白细胞、尿细菌数的含量。结果治疗后2组患者临床症状有明显改善，且实验组的总有效率达94.37％，对照组的总有效率达82.54％，实验组较对照组临床疗效明显，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；治疗后2组患者尿白细胞、尿细菌数等指标改善，且实验组较对照组改善明显，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论复方石韦片具有清热燥湿，利尿通淋之功效，具有较强的抗菌、利尿作用，能够显著降低尿白细胞、尿细菌数，从根本上治疗湿热下注型尿路感染。
