消瘿散结方治疗结节性甲状腺肿

摘要

Objective To observe Xiaoying Sanjie Treatment of nodular goiter clinical efficacy and safety. Methods The 120 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each. In addition to low-io-dine diet,the treatment group Xiaoying Sanjie Fang( recipe particles),the control group were given levothyroxine,a total of three months. And nodules on the thyroid function in maximum diameter were observed. Results In control group pa-tients completed the 57 cases,56 cases of patients completed treatment group. The total effective rate was 85. 7%(48/56)in the control group was 50. 9%(29/57),the two groups were significantly(P﹤0. 05);maximum diameter of nod-ules before treatment group was significantly reduced compared with before treatment(P﹤0. 05),the maximum diameter of nodules in patients in the control group did not change significantly before and after treatment(P﹥ 0. 05). Two groups of patients after treatment of TSH levels were significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0. 05). There is TSH level difference between two groups after treatment significantly(P ﹤0. 05). The treatment group no significant adverse reactions,the treatment of adverse reactions was 17. 5%(10/57). Conclusion The study shows that Xiaoying Sanjie recipe helps to eliminate or reduce thyroid nodules,will not affect the thyroid hormone secretion,toxicity is relatively small,can effectively treat nodular goiter,worthy of clinical application and promotion.%目的：观察消瘿散结方治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例符合纳入标准的患者按随机数字表法分为2组，每组60例。除低碘饮食外，治疗组予散结消瘿方（配方颗粒），对照组给予左旋甲状腺素。疗程3个月，对甲状腺功能变化与结节最大直径进行观察。结果对照组患者完成57例，治疗组患者完成56例，治疗组总有效率为85.7％（48/56），对照组为50.9％（29/57），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；治疗组结节最大直径较治疗前显著缩小（P﹤0.05），对照组患者结节最大直径在治疗前后变化不明显（P﹥0.05）；2组患者在治疗后的 TSH 水平均明显低于治疗前（ P ﹤0.05），组间比较有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；治疗组未见明显不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为17.5％（10/57）。结论消瘿散结方有助于消除或者缩小甲状腺结节，不会影响甲状腺素分泌，毒副作用比较小。
