目的 探讨糖尿病肾病的中医药研究进展.方法 通过对近10年关于中医辨证论治治疗糖尿病肾病的有关文献进行梳理总结,从病因病机、治疗和实验研究3个方面论述糖尿病肾病的中医药研究进展.结果 中医药治疗糖尿病肾病优势在于可改善临床症状,延缓病变进展.结论 中医药治疗糖尿病肾病虽然已经被广泛认可,但仍有诸多不足之处,比如临床上对糖尿病肾病的辨证论治尚未达到规范化、标准化、客观化等.%Objective To discuss the progress of TCM research on diabetic nephropathy. Methods In this paper, we reviewed and summarized the related literatures on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic nephropathy in recent 10 years, and discussed the research progress of TCM in diabetic nephropathy from 3 aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and experimental research. Results The advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy lies in improving clinical symptoms and delaying the progression of the disease. Conclusion Although Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy has been widely recognized, there are still many shortcomings, such as clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy syndrome differentiation has not yet reached normalization, standardization, objectivity and so on.
