目的 评价补肾降浊方治疗阴阳两虚型老年高血压临床疗效.方法 采用前瞻性队列研究,以老年高血压阴阳两虚证患者为研究对象,依据是否接受补肾降浊方分为观察组和对照组.12周后比较2组患者血压、中医证候、血脂、同型半胱氨酸、认知功能及生命质量.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者在血压、认知功能、中医证候、生命质量等方面均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者在中医证候、同型半胱氨酸水平、认知功能、心理功能方面改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 补肾降浊方可改善老年高血压阴阳两虚证临床症状,降低同型半胱氨酸水平,提高认知功能及生命质量.%Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of senile hypertensionpatients of yin and yang deficiency. Methods All patients were allocated into two groups, according to whether or not they were willing to receive integrative medicine of Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction. Blood pressure, TCM syndromes, blood lipid level, Hcy, cognitive function and the quality of lifeof two groups were observed at 12 weeks. Results Compared with before treatment, both blood pressure, cognitive function, TCM syndromes and the quality of life went up dramatically when compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndromes, cognitive function and the quality of life were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Bushen Jiangzhuo decoction could reduce Hcy, improve TCM syndromes, cognitive function and the quality of life in senile hypertension patients ofyin and yang deficiency.
