从“陷下则灸之”论灸法治疗顽固性面瘫

摘要

The theory of"prolapse requiring moxibustion" comes from Miraculous Pivot.One of understanding of "prolapse" is "the cold evil invasion,meridian depression",in symptoms,intractable facial paralysis is characterized by laxity and prolapse;In interpretation of the cause,intractable facial paralysis is characterized by "Cold attacking empty and deficient meridians and their collaterals",which also corresponds with "prolapse".Considering the two correspondings,the technique of moxibustion for treatment of intractable facial paralysis has been widely used in clinical practice,combined with the idea "raising and lifting".Heavy moxibustion,suspended moxibustion and rapid moxibustion respectively reflects the idea.It is concretely illustrated in this article that the theory "prolapse requiring moxibustion" has great inspiration on the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.%“陷下则灸之”的理论出自《灵枢·经脉》篇,对于“陷下”的理解,其中之一为“寒邪侵袭,经脉陷下”,顽固性面瘫因症状上具有迟缓、下垂的特点;病机上具有脉络空虚,风寒入络的特点,分别从表象和机制方面与“陷下”相契合.因此,应用灸法治疗顽固性面瘫,且结合“升提”之意的思路已在临床上广泛应用,重灸、悬灸和速灸均是该思路的具体体现.从症状、病机、灸疗方法三方面具体阐释了“陷下则灸之”理论对于灸法治疗顽固性面瘫的启发.
