人参果总皂苷联合舍曲林治疗高血压合并广泛性焦虑障碍

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect and the safety of SFPG combined sertraline in the treatment of hypertension with GAD.Methods 60 cases of GAD patients were randomly divided into SFPG combined with sertraline group and sertraline monotherapy group,before treatment and after treatment of 2,4,6 weeks with HAMA rating scale to assess its efficacy,side effect was assessed with TESS and observe them.Results After 6 weeks treatment,compared with sertraline monotherapy group,HAMA score reduction rate has significant differences in the combination group,and the adverse reaction was significantly reduced (P＜0.01),combination group was 90.00％,the monotherapy group was 73.33％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).After six weeks,TESS scores have significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion SFPG has a significant auxiliary function in the treatment of GAD patients with hypertension and less side effects.%目的 探讨人参果总皂苷(SFPG)治疗高血压合并广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取60例GAD患者随机分为SFPG加舍曲林组和舍曲林单用组,在治疗前和用药后2,4,6周用HAMA评分量表评定其疗效,以TESS量表评定并观察两者的不良反应.结果 治疗6周末,与舍曲林单用组相比,联合组HAMA评分的减分率差异有统计学意义,且不良反应明显减少(P＜0.01),合用组有效率为90.00％,单用组有效率为73.33％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.01).2组患者用药6周TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 SFPG对高血压合并GAD患者的治疗有显著的辅助作用,不良反应少.
