Objective To observe the effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture for nearly ten years of published literature and research trends,to explore the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture.Methods Through the retrieval of Chinese and English databases, screening was included in the standard literature, and the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 18.0. Results The 119 articles retrieved from the database were published in 49 periodicals. The main articles of these periodicals are mainly in China. The publication rate of the literature in the last ten years is still unstable, and the number of research is decreasing gradually. Present research methods are mainly classified as clinical research (50.4%), theoretical research (3.1%), case analysis (1.5%), experience (2.3%), experimental research (2.3%), tittle-tattle (10.7%) and a review (29.8%). The clinical research the majority, the case analysis, experimental research and experience summary related literature is relatively few. Conclusion Although Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture is limited by time,it is widely used in clinic and the indications are expanded constantly. Although the literature classification is mainly based on clinical research, some clinical research methods are not rigorous enough and lack credibility. The clinical efficacy of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture needs more high quality, multidisciplinary and comprehensive clinical research verification.%目的 观察子午流注针法近十年的文献发表情况及研究趋势,探讨子午流注针法的临床可行性和有效性.方法 通过对中英文数据库的检索,筛选纳入符合标准文献,通过SPSS 18.0进行描述性统计分析.结果 从数据库检索出文章119篇被发表在49种期刊中.这些期刊文章主要是以国内的为主.近十年文献的发表率尚不稳定,研究数量由多而逐渐减少.文献研究方法分类主要为临床研究(50.4%)、理论研究(3.1%)、病案分析(1.5%)、经验总结(2.3%)、实验研究(2.3%)、杂谈(10.7%)和综述(29.8%).以临床研究占多数,病案分析、实验研究和经验总结的相关文献较少.结论 子午流注针法受到时间的限制,但临床应用广泛,适应症不断扩大,临床疗效显著.文献分类虽以临床研究为主,但有些临床研究的方法不够严谨,缺乏可信度.子午流注针法的临床疗效,尚需更多高质量、多学科综合的临床研究验证,验证子午流注针法的合理性和临床疗效.
