逐瘀活络方联合毫火针治疗三叉神经痛

摘要

目的 探讨逐瘀活络方联合毫火针治疗三叉神经痛临床效果.方法 选取2010年6月-2015年6月96例三叉神经痛患者为研究对象,以住院号单双分成2组,对照组48例,予常规西医治疗,观察组48例,加用逐瘀活络方联合毫火针治疗,观察治疗前后相关指标变化.结果 2组治疗后疼痛积分(范围、分支、时间、触发、抽搐、频率)和血清指标p物质均显著低于治疗前,β-内啡肽、5-羟色胺则显著升高,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后观察组各疼痛积分和血清学指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治愈率14.58%,总有效率72.92%,观察组治愈率29.17%,总有效率91.67%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 逐瘀活络方联合毫火针治疗三叉神经痛临床效果显著.%Objective Investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by Zhuyu Huoluo decoction combined with milli fire needle. Methods 96 patients with trigeminal neuralgia from June 2010 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to hospital number. 48 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine;48 cases in the observation group were treated with the combination of Zhuyu Huoluo decoction combined with milli fire needle.The related indexes were observed before and after the treatment. Results Two groups after treatment in pain points, branch, time, frequency of trigger, convulsions, and serum index substance p were significantly lower than before the treatment, beta-endorphin, a significant rise in serotonin is, more significant difference before and after treatment (P< 0.05), treatment group after the pain points and serological indexes were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05); The cure rate of the control group was 14.58%, the total effective rate was 72.92%, the cure rate of the observation group was 29.17%, the total effective rate was 91.67%, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by Zhuyu Huoluo decoction combined with milli fire needle is significant.
