经络理论在治疗甲状腺结节中的运用

Results In the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules, we can increase the efficacy and shorten the course of treatment through the use of etiological analysis, meridian differentiation, the introduction of guiding medicinal herb and other meridian theory. Conclusion Meridian theory is the basis of acupuncture, and it can also be used in internal disease. Meridian theory can guide the clinical using of drugs, and clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the use of meridians and collaterals at the same time, it can increase clinical efficacy and provide new ideas for treatment.%目的 探讨经络理论在治疗甲状腺结节上的运用.方法 从经络角度阐述甲状腺结节的发生机制,引经据典以解释分析作为理论基础,总结治疗甲状腺结节的引经药及其作用.自拟方贝母莪消丸中的药物运用及配伍遵循经络理论,探讨其在治疗瘿瘤的痰气血互结证型上的使用价值及临床疗效.结果 临床中在治疗甲状腺结节上应用经络理论进行病因分析、经络辨证、引经药物选用等可以使疗效增加,疗程缩短.结论 经络理论是针灸学的基础,也可应用内科病症中.经络理论可以指导临床的遣方用药,临床中辨证论治与经络的思维同时运用,可以增加临床疗效,为治疗提供新思路.
