酒厂厌氧出水混凝沉淀与气浮试验研究

摘要

This experimental study object is anaerobic effluent,uses the coagulating settlement and flotation the processing method to carry on the contrast experiment friendly.Selects the polymeric ferric sulfate and the polyalumirlillm sulfate is the coagulant,the experimental result indicated,after anaerobic effluent to join the polymeric ferric sulfate and the polyalumirlillm sulfate coagulating settlement treatment,CODcr elimination rate highest may achieve 91%,The flotation in the experiment to join polyalumirlillm sulfate to take the flocculants,CODcr elimination rate is 85~89%.In the experiment had determined the coagulating settlement and flotation the craft each kind of parameter.%本试验研究对象为酒厂厌氧出水,采用混凝沉淀和气浮处理方法进行对比试验,选用聚合硫酸铁和聚合硫酸铝为混凝剂,实验结果表明,厌氧出水加入聚合硫酸铁混凝沉淀处理后,CODcr去除率最高可达到91%,气浮实验中加入聚合硫酸铝作为絮凝剂,CODcr去除率为85%～89%,试验中确定了混凝沉淀和气浮工艺的各种参数。
