Mo含量对WC-8(Fe-Co-Ni)硬质合金组织和性能的影响

         

摘要

The effect of Molybdenum content on microstructure and ProPerties of WC-8( Fe-Co-Ni ) cemented carbide PrePared by traditional Power metallurgy Process was investigated. The microstruc-ture and fracture morPhology was analyzed using OM and SEM,the hardness,relative density and the bending strength of cemented carbides was studied with micro-hardness tester,electronic balance and universal testing machine. The exPerimental results show that the addition of Mo can decrease the solubility of WC in liquid Phase and the grain is refined,the hardness of cemented carbides is im-Proved obviously;Due to the solid solution strengthening effect of Mo,the bending strength of the al-loy is imProved. When Mo content is 5%,the comPrehensive ProPerties of hard alloy are the best.%采用传统粉末冶金生产工艺制备WC-8( Fe-Co-Ni)硬质合金,研究了粘结相中不同Mo添加量对铁镍代钴硬质合金显微组织和性能的影响。利用OM、SEM观察合金的显微组织和断口形貌,利用显微硬度计、万能试验机及分析天平分析了粘结相中不同Mo添加量对合金硬度、抗弯强度和相对密度的影响。结果表明:Mo含量的添加可以降低WC在液相中的溶解度,起到细化合金晶粒的作用,合金硬度得到明显的提升;由于Mo的固溶强化作用,改善了合金的抗弯强度;当Mo的添加量增大到5%时,WC-8( Fe-Co-Ni)硬质合金的综合性能最好。
