江西省2004-2013年水资源生态足迹与生态承载力

         

摘要

With the growth of social economy,shortage of water resource is threatening human surviv-al and has become a problem of common concern in the world. Ecological footprint is a comprehen-sive application method that can determine region′s sustainable development. The Ecological footprint and ecological capacity of water resources of Jiangxi during 2004-2013 were calculated according to the ecological footprint analysis method model of water resource. The results showed that the ecologi-cal capacity,ecological footprint and ecological remainder of water resources in Jiangxi province were volatility trend during 2004-2013,with them highest and lowest were 6. 530 0 × 108 hm2、0. 207 0 × 108 hm2、6. 323 0 × 108 hm2 and 1. 164 0 × 108 hm2、0. 174 0 × 108 hm2、1. 35 × 108 hm2 . But they were generally on the rise. The sustainable development strategy of water resources for Jiangxi prov-ince were put forward which including scientific adjustment of industrial structure, efficiency im-provement of agricultural irrigation,efficiency improvement of industrial reuse water and strengthen management of urban public water.%随着社会经济的发展,水资源越来越紧缺,正威胁着人类的生存,已成为全球共同关注的问题. 生态足迹作为区域可持续发展能力的测算方法,已广泛应用. 运用水资源生态足迹概念模型,计算了江西省2004-2013年水资源生态足迹和生态承载力,计算结果表明:2004-2013年江西省水资源生态足迹、生态承载力和生态盈余呈现波动,水资源生态承载力、生态足迹和生态盈余最高和最低分别为6. 530亿hm2、0. 207亿hm2、6. 323亿hm2 和1. 164亿hm2、0. 174亿hm2、1. 35亿hm2 ,但总体均呈上升态势. 最后,从科学调整产业结构、提高农业灌溉效率、提高工业用水效率、加强城市公共用水管理等方面提出江西省水资源可持续发展对策.
