In this paper,we mainly consider the finite difference method for an initial-boundary prob-lem of standard heat conduction equation in one-dimensional space. An implicit difference scheme of two layers with eight points for the initial-boundary problem was constructed by using Taylor expan-sion and undetermined parameters method.
