滴液型风刀吹扫系统在硅钢连续退火线中的应用

原硅钢连续退火线中的热风干燥系统存在能耗高、噪音大及干燥效果不理想等问题,将连续退火线1号线的炉后热风干燥系统改造为滴液型风刀吹扫系统后,使用效果良好,解决了热风干燥存在的问题.%The original hot air drying system have the problems of high energy consumption, loud noise, poor drying effect and so on in the continuous annealing line.After the droplet type air knife purge system are used for the hot air drying system in No.1 continuous annealing line, good effect is obtained to solve the hot-air drying problems.
