目的：观察补肾健膜汤对子宫内膜发育不良患者的内膜影响。方法收集从2009年6月-2013年12月因子宫内膜发育不良的患者42例，服用补肾健膜汤治疗3个月，宫内膜厚度、形态类型及子宫内膜血流面积百分比的变化。结果治疗后尿LH峰日子宫内膜厚度明显大于治疗前(P＜0.05)，子宫内膜形态优于用药前，A+B型内膜率增加(P＜0.05)，子宫内膜内血流信号显示区域与子宫内膜总面积的百分比增加。结论补肾健膜汤能提高子宫内膜容受性，改善子宫内膜发育不良患者的内膜。%Objective To observe the impact of Bushen Jianmo Decoction on patients with endometrial hypoplasia. Methods 42 patients were selected from June 2009 to December 2013 who with endometrial hypoplasia and lower endometrial receptivity , then took Bushen Jianmo Decotion for 3 months,months. We observed changes in endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology, and the visible color flow area counted for endometrial area percentage with energy ultrasonography. Results Endometrial thick-ness on day of LH surge in urine was significantly greater than before treatment(P<0.05),endometrial morphology is better than be-fore,type A and type B endometrium increased (P<0.05),the visible color flow area counted for endometrial area percentage also increased. Conclusion Bushen Jianmo Decoction can significantly improve endometrial receptivity and endometrial hypoplasia.
