关于建立水库移民补偿基金的探讨

摘要

分析了我国水库移民补偿中存在的问题，建议在现有的水电站和水库后期扶持基金的基础上，建立水库移民补偿基金，并探讨了水库移民补偿基金的筹集途径、用途和管理办法。%Some problems were analyzed on reservoir immigrant relocation compensation in China. Combined with the basic situa-tion of our country, the fund raise way of reservoir resettlement compensation fund was studied.The purpose and management of reservoir resettlement compensation fund was introduced.
