人工林华木莲木材力学特性分析及其评价

     

摘要

华木莲(Sinomanglietia glauca)作为江西省宜春市特有的珍稀濒危植物,自发现以来,一直未见华木莲木材物理力学特性方面的研究.为了促进这一珍稀树种的种植与开发,掌握华木莲人工林的木材物理特性具有非常重要的意义.本文通过测定华木莲的木材密度、干缩湿涨性、抗压抗弯强度、弹性模量及冲击韧性等物理力学性能指标,对人工培育的华木莲木材力学特性进行了系统的分析.结果表明:华木莲气干密度、全干密度和基本密度分别为:0.49 g·cm-3、0.45 g·cm-3和0.39 g·cm-3;弦向和径向干缩湿胀差异较大;顺纹抗压强度43.39 Mpa;抗弯强度为75.16 MPa;抗弯弹性模量为8.21 GPa;冲击韧性40.89 KJ·m-2.在对照了灰木莲、银杏、香榧等珍贵木材力学性能指标并根据《木材材性分级规定》,表明华木莲属于轻细木类,是纤维板和家具的较好材料.%Sinomanglietia glauca is an endangered species only found in Yichun of Jiangxi Province. After its discovery, this species has been received much attention from the scientific community, including conservation geneticists. However, The main physical mechanical properties of S. glauca woods has none reported. In order to bring about a better developmemt of S. glauca, it has great significance to master the wood physical characteristics of S. glauca plantation. The main physical mechanical properties of S. glauca woods, including the density, dry-skrinkage, compressive strength parallel to grain, bending strength, modulus of elasticity in static bending, toughness were studied. Based on this study, the basic density, air-dry density and oven-dry density are0.49 g·cm-3, 0.45 g·cm-3 and 0.39 g·cm-3, respectively. It indicates that the difference of drying shrinkage and the wetting swelling inradial and tangential directions is significant. The compressive strength parallel to grain of S. glauca is 43.39 MPa. The bending strength is 75.16 MPa. The modulus of elasticity in static bending is 8.21 GPa. The toughness is 40.89 KJ·m-2.. It is definitely that the S. glauca wood to be classified to light and fine wood according to the classification of wood and the comparasion with the wood of S. glauca, Ginkgo biloba and Torreva grandis. It is good material for fiberboard and furnature.
