紫花含笑嫁接繁殖技术研究

摘要

Different years old seedlings of Michelia figo, M. maudiae and M. chapensis were selected for M. crassipes's rootstocks. Different grafting methods and stocks were studied in grafting experiment. The results showed that:the time should choose suitable for grafting in three to four months, selecting 1-year-old M. maudiae seedlings for rootstock and using the buds cutting grafting method, the grafting survival rate was 93%, and the scion growing well. Using the 5-years-old seedlings M. chapensis for rootstock has higher grafting survival rate, strong affinity, rapid growth, and easy to form a big tree crown.%选择含笑、深山含笑、乐昌含笑不同年龄苗为‘荷瓣墨紫’含笑嫁接砧木，采用不同嫁接方式、嫁接时间进行嫁接试验，探索总结紫花含笑嫁接繁殖技术。结果表明：该品种适宜嫁接时间应选择在3～4月，砧木选取1年生粗壮的深山含笑，采用髓心—形成层切接芽接法嫁接，嫁接成活率达93%，接穗当年生长好。用5年生乐昌含笑做嫁接大砧木嫁接成活率较高，亲和力较强，生长迅速，易形成大树形、大树冠。
