茶籽中茶皂素的分离纯化及脱色工艺研究进展

摘要

茶皂素是一种非离子型表面活性剂，易被微生物分解，使用安全，如果能解决目前面临的茶皂素提取成本高、纯度低、色泽深等问题，茶皂素将有广阔的市场前景。本文综述国内外茶皂素的分离纯化和脱色的工艺的研究进展，以期为茶皂素的工业生产和综合开发利用提供参考。%Tea saponin is a non-ionic surfactant, susceptible to microbial decomposition, and safe in industry. Tea saponin will have broad market prospects by high purity, low cost, and light color. The research progress of tea saponin purification and bleaching process was reviewed, so as to provide references for industrial production and comprehensive utilization of tea saponin.
