毛红椿九连山种源播种苗苗期生长规律研究

         

摘要

对所收集九连山毛红椿14优树开展苗期苗高定期观测,对不同优树苗高生长量进行方差分析,采用回归分析方法,拟合苗高生长方程。结果表明:1)毛红椿苗高速生期为7、8、9月,在该时期加强水肥管理、中耕除草、病虫害防治工作,为苗木生长打下基础。2)毛红椿苗期生长过程中生长速率表现为“S”型,苗高生长方程为y=99.75/(1+e0.379-0.958t),用SPSS软件在方差齐性检验不齐的情况下进行单因素方差分析(One-way ANOVA),结果组间显著性0.000<0.01,说明显著性差异明显。亦即组三的8号、12号、14号为经苗期子代测定的优树。3)根据刘军等开展的毛红椿地理种源试验,以苗高为标准对毛红椿优良种源进行初选,初选出浙江遂昌、湖南新宁、江西赣州、安徽黄山、福建南靖等5个优良种源。本次试验种源基本涵盖了九连山毛红椿天然分布地,所选育的优良单株8号、12号、14号代表了九连山毛红椿遗传资源状况,可以作为今后林业生产提供优良种源。%The seedling height of Toona ciliata var. pubescens at Jiulian moutains was measured and the growths of height from different good trees were analyzed using ANOVA and regression, the equation on seedling growth was fitted. Results showed that: First, the fast height growing season of T. ciliata var. pubescens of was July, August and September. This period is important for the height growth of T. ciliata var. pubescens, so we should strengthen the attention on management of fertilization, water and pest control. Second, the growth rate of seedling stage of T. ciliata var. pubescens was manifested as"S", the equation of height was y=99.75/(1+e0.379-0.958t), one-way ANOVA was conducted using SPSS software in the case of variance is not homogeneous, the results was that there was significant difference intergroup (p<0.01), species of number 8, 12, 14 from group III were the most excellent than other species. At last, according to the result of experiment on geography provenance by Liu Jun, the excellent seed provenances were chose according to the seedling height, the five seed provenance were got which located in Suichang of Zhejiang province, Xinning of Hunan province, Ganzhou of Jiangxi province, Huangshan of Anhui province and Nanjing of Fujian province. This research almost included all the natural distributions of T. ciliata var. pubescens in Jiulian moutain of Jiangxi province, the chose species of number 8, 12 and 14 were represented the genetic resources and can provide the excellent seed provenances for forestry production in future.
