孤岛工作面临空巷道 U 型钢-锚网索耦合支护

         

摘要

Aiming at the practical conditions of severe strata behavior and difficult supporting in low self -strength thick friable immediate roof roadway at 22121 first island coal face ,the paper probes into the support technology of thick friable immediate roof roadway in island coal face based on the stability characteristic of sur‐rounding rock of roadway near gob area and U -shaped steel bolt -net -anchor coupling support mechanism . Results shows that overburden rock arc -shaped triangle structure of roadway near gob area is the determining factor of the surrounding rock stability and stress of roadway ;inside roadway U -shaped steel support ,side road‐way bolt reinforced support ,roof and side shoulder cable reinforced support can be used in roadway near gob area in island coal face with good supporting results .%孤岛工作面临空巷道矿压显现剧烈,支护难度大,尤其是自身强度较低的厚伪顶巷道更为显著。本文针对22121首个孤岛工作面的实际条件,基于临空巷道围岩稳定性特征及U型钢-锚网索耦合支护机理,探索孤岛工作面厚伪顶临空巷道支护技术。结果表明:临空巷道覆岩弧形三角块结构对巷道围岩稳定和应力起决定因素;孤岛工作面临空巷道采用巷内U型钢支护、临空侧巷旁锚杆加强支护、巷顶及临空侧肩窝锚索加强支护,支护效果良好。
