PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhang roadway block and a construction method of an overhang roadway making use of the block capable of lessening traffic restrictions as much as possible, easily and simply carrying out adjustment of an uneven step/level between both blocks continuously executed within a short construction period of time and improving durability/safety after the construction work.;SOLUTION: In the overhang roadway block 11 used for widening the existing road constructing a road side edge of a retaining wall, one end side in the the direction of a long side of an approximately plate-like body is made as an overhang section 2, the other side is made as a weight section 3, while a body plane side is substantially formed in a flat surface, a mounting section 4 to the retaining wall top surface is provided between the overhang section 2 and the weight section 3 in a body bottom side and, at the same time, the weight section 3 is thickly and integrally formed so that the bottom of the weight section 3 is located downward from the bottom of the mounting section 2 to provide height adjusting means 32 and 41 to the mounting section 4 and the bottom of the weight section 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
