PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary block between a sidewalk and a roadway, having a drainage function, which can be easily substituted for an existing boundary block between the sidewalk and the roadway, and which can reduce its construction costs.;SOLUTION: In this boundary block 1 between the sidewalk and the roadway, having the drainage function, a longitudinally penetrating drainage channel 25 is formed inside, and a water collecting channel 26 for taking moisture, flowing on a surface 6a of a pavement or through an inside 6b thereof, into the drainage channel 25 is formed in a side wall 1A.
