大厚度水稳层压实机理及施工技术研究

             

摘要

水泥稳定碎石基层(底基层)是我国沥青路面主要承重结构。水稳基层(底基层)压实厚度一般设计为18cm、20cm、30cm、36cm、40cm 五种,由于受摊铺、压实设备能力的限制,2000年施工规范规定:压实厚度大于20cm,应分2层摊铺碾压施工。但随着我国大型设备技术水平的跨越式提高,我国生产的摊铺机、碾压机工作性能得到大幅提高。加之,水稳层分层越多,易造成层间脱层,从而出现薄层受力情况。基于此,近年我们不仅对大厚度水稳层压实机理、力学性能进行了研究,还探讨了将水泥稳定碎石基层和底基层厚度由传统的3层施工,平均分成2层施工,对15cm、20cm、25cm、28cm 四种不同水稳层厚度的施工技术进行了研究。%Cement stabilized macadam base and subbase are the main load -bearing structure of asphalt pavement in our country.The compaction thickness is general y designed as 1 8cm,20cm,30cm,36cm and 40cm.Because of the constraint of paving and compaction equipment capacity,the provisions of the 2000 construction specifications:compaction thickness is more than 20cm,should be divided into 2 layers with paving and rol ing.With the im-prove of China's large equipment technology level,the working performance of paver and rol er has been greatly improved.In addition,water stable have more layers,it easyer separated,and it appears single force.Based on this, we are taking studing the compaction mechanism and mechanical properties of the water stable layer thickness in recent years,exploring the cement sta-bilized macadam base and subbase thickness by 3 layers of traditional con-struction,divided into 2 construction,and taking studies in 1 5cm,20cm, 25cm,28cm water stable layer thickness of construction technology.
