现代职业教育体系下校企合作人才培养模式的实践与思考

摘要

School-enterprise cooperation is distinguished feature of higher vocational personnel training mode in our country.Based on analysis on existing problems in school-enterprise cooper-ation mode in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward related countermeasures from aspects of emphasizing students'subject status and enriching general planning of school-enterprise personnel training modes.%校企合作是我国高职教育人才培养模式的鲜明特色。在分析当前高职院校校企合作模式存在问题的基础上，从突出学生主体地位，丰富校企合作人才培养模式总体方案等方面提出了相应的改进措施。
