DOE在纺织品pH值测试中的初步应用

             

摘要

By optimizing the experimental scheme, DOE reduces the experimental error and the production cost. In the process of the experiment, DOE greatly reduces the workload. By using DOE, Scientific and effective analysis of the results can also be taken. DOE is generally used to improve the production process and to select the most reasonable parameters for the instrument and equipment. PH value testing of textiles is a compulsory inspection program in national standards. The details and key parameters of the detection are not specified in standards. In practical operation, these key parameters shall easily lead to different detection results. Taking application of DOE to pH detection of textiles, we can grasp the key points of detection better, understand the impact of the key points on the detection results, and improve detection stability and detection efficiency.%DOE通过对实验的方案进行优化设计来降低实验误差和生产费用,在实验的过程中可以大幅度的精简工作量,并对结果进行有效的科学分析。DOE一般应用于提高生产工艺和为仪器设备选择最合理的参数。纺织品的pH检测作为国家标准中的强制检定项目,相关检测标准中对检测中的细节及关键参数没有做出详细规定,在实际操作中容易因为这些关键参数导致不同的检测结果。将DOE应用于纺织品的pH检测,可以更好地掌握检测时的关键点,了解各关键点对检测结果的影响程度,提高检测的稳定性和检测效率。
