江苏省企业研发机构建设现状与运行机制研究

摘要

Based on status of the research and development(R&D)institutions in Jiangsu corporations, we focus on investigating the characteristics and problems of these R&D institutions’ construction modes and operational mechanisms. Moreover, we propose further strategies and suggestions to promote the development of R&D institutions, including the establishing diversified investments, promoting production and research cooperation, improving service mechanisms, and enhancing innovative consciousness.%文章立足江苏企业研发机构的建设现状，研究江苏企业研发机构建设模式与运行机制的特征和存在问题，提出进一步推进企业研发机构发展的对策和建议，包括建立多元化投入、推进产学研合作、完善服务机制、强化创新意识等。
