生物制药技术是近20年兴起的，以基因重组、单克隆技术为代表的新一代制药技术。可以将生物制药产业链分为研发、测试、销售3个阶段，生物药品的研发周期一般长达10年，而且通过率极低。相比于其他行业，生物医药产业不仅具有“三高”———高风险、高投入、高收益，还具有“一长”———周期长。生物医药技术的产业链很长，其成果从研发到正式生产上线需要经过很多个不同的环节。在这些环节中，文章研究的技术转移是所有环节中的重中之重，它承载着从实验室的研究到市场的正式上线生产之间的桥接作用。而技术转移恰恰是制约我国生物医药产业发展的瓶颈之一。%Biopharming technology is a new generation of pharmaceutical technology, including genic recombination and monoclonal technology. The industry chain of biopharming can be divided into three steps, namely R&D, Test and Sales. The R&D cycle is usually as long as ten years and has low passing rate. Compared to other industries, biopharming industry possesses some characteristics such as high risk, high input, high output and long cycle. The industry chain of biopharming consists of many different stages. In these stages, technology transformation is the most important one which connects the R&D in the lab with the sales in the market. Technology transformation is one of the restrictions hindering the development of bio-pharmaceutical industries in China.
