大学生职业生涯规划中的指导及实践教育研究

摘要

随着大学生就业市场竞争压力的不断增大，大学教育中职业生涯规划教育的作用和地位日益突出，并逐渐成为高校思想政治教育的核心内容。大学生职业规划教育既是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的新载体，也是应对严峻就业形势挑战和提升大学生就业综合竞争力的重要途径。文章以大学生职业规划中的实践教育为视角进行深入分析，并提出针对性的建议。%With the increasing pressure from college students ’ employment market, the function and position of college students’ career planning education becomes more and more important, and the education becomes the core of ideological and political education in colleges. College students ’ career planning education is now new carrier to improve and promote students’ ideological and political education, but also is an important means to deal with the severe employment situation and enhance students ’ employment competition. From a perspective of college students ’ career planning education, the paper analyzes practically and provides some specific suggestions for it.
